Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly (name, email, resume data, job preferences) and information generated through platform usage (search queries, application history, skill assessments). We also collect device and browser information for analytics and security purposes.

How We Use Your Information

Your data is used to power AI job matching, provide personalized career insights, improve our matching algorithms, and communicate platform updates. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

AI & Data Processing

Our AI systems process your resume, skills, and preferences to generate match scores, career recommendations, and salary insights. All AI processing follows ethical guidelines with built-in bias detection and transparency.

Data Sharing

We share your profile with employers only when you apply to their positions or opt into passive hiring mode. You control your visibility settings at all times through your dashboard.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of all your data at any time through Settings > Danger Zone. Deletion is processed within 30 days.

Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3) for data in transit and AES-256 for data at rest. Resume files and interview recordings are encrypted with unique per-user keys. We undergo annual SOC-2 audits.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. For GDPR requests, contact privacy@sptix.com. We respond to all requests within 30 days.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, plus optional analytics cookies (you can opt out). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect.
